What cTrader is
Spotware’s multi-asset trading platform, delivered as desktop, web and mobile applications. It pairs native charting with an open algorithmic layer — cTrader Algo — in which traders and developers build custom indicators and automated cBots in C# or Python, and it carries a first-party marketplace, cTrader Store, where such tools are distributed with built-in licensing. Vendor: Spotware.
The open indicator runtime is the reason this platform appears on every drafting-instrument datasheet: a frozen definition can be implemented as a cTrader indicator and shipped through a first-party store with source protection and licensing handled by the platform.

What to ask of any platform
A platform is where a trader's numbers come from, and the questions that matter are the ones a measurement can answer. What is the feed's actual cadence, and does its spread regime change when it matters most? What does a round trip actually cost — the execution cost your statement settles, not the one the marketing implies — and how much slippage arrives at the moments the stop is doing its job? And for any figure anyone quotes about any platform: what was measured, on what capture, over what period, and where is the artifact? Those questions are portable across every platform on this register, and they are the reason the register exists.

It is a declared target on every drafting-instrument datasheet — the list on this page derives from those datasheets rather than restating them — and every instrument is pre-release: nothing is purchasable yet, and each datasheet carries its honest build status.

Why does a measurement house care which platform a trader uses?
