Terms of Service
Hadal Instruments is currently in pre-launch. Full terms of service will be published before any commercial instruments become available. The principles below govern our intent.
1. Who you would be contracting with
The terms on this page are offered by HADAL INSTRUMENTS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17382774, whose registered office is Suite 53C, Unimix House, Abbey Road, London, NW10 7TR, United Kingdom. Hadal Instruments is a trading name of that company, and where anything on this site becomes purchasable it is that company you would be buying from and that company that owes you the commitments below and in the refunds and cancellation policy. Nothing is purchasable today — section 6 says so and means it — but a reader deciding whether to trust a site is entitled to know who is on the other side of it before there is anything to decide.
2. Purpose
Hadal instruments are analytical tools for discretionary use. They make no performance claims, provide no investment advice, and carry no implied edge. Past measurements describe instrument behaviour — never future returns.
3. No Promise of Profit
The refusal to promise profit is standing policy, adopted before any product ships. The user owns risk management — we cannot control it and do not insure it. Good tools do not fix bad discipline, and we say so.
4. Methodology Transparency
All methodologies are pre-registered and published. All measurements are recomputable from content-hashed artifacts. We do not hide how our instruments work.
5. Data Handling
Marketplace instruments run on the user's own platform. Hub subscriptions process data server-side under strict data handling policies. We do not sell, share, or monetise user trading data. The privacy policy states what this site holds today — a voluntarily-given email address, and a name and one answer where the person chose to give them, and nothing else — and the cookie policy enumerates the browser storage in full.
6. Nothing Here Is an Offer
Nothing on this site is for sale, and nothing on it constitutes an offer capable of acceptance. Every price is an anticipated figure, labelled as such where it appears, published so it can be read and compared — not so it can be transacted against. There is no checkout, no account creation, and no payment capture anywhere on this domain. Commercial terms take effect at launch under the full documentation, and the refunds and cancellation policy already states, in advance, the commitments that documentation will carry.
7. Content, Reuse and Interference
The written content of this site may be quoted with attribution. The measurement artifacts, dataset descriptors and hashed corpora will carry their own published terms — the data licence states the proposed shape, and downloads publish under it once it is ratified. What these terms do not permit: republishing site content as your own, presenting our anticipated figures as live quotes, or probing the waitlist endpoint beyond its intended use. There is deliberately little else here to interfere with.
8. No Reliance Before Launch
Until commercial launch, everything on this site is publication rather than product: methodology commitments, anticipated terms, and honest absences marked as such. Do not build a trading process, a purchasing decision, or a compliance position on a page that says NOT YET PUBLISHED — that label exists precisely so nothing unfinished can be mistaken for something finished. When a figure becomes final it will say so, and the changelog will record when it changed.
9. Changes to These Terms
The terms change by publication, never silently: any material change is recorded in the site changelog before it takes effect, the same append-only discipline every other record on this site follows. The full terms of service that supersede these principles publish before anything is offered for sale, and will be reviewed professionally before they carry commercial weight — a commitment recorded on each legal page rather than implied.

Every contact route is live at its own domain address — data protection at privacy@hadalinstruments.com, general enquiry at contact@hadalinstruments.com, and the full list on the contact page. The addresses arrived before anything went on sale, which is the ordering this document promised while they were still absent. The launch list remains where launch updates are announced.
