Every instrument I build.
Nothing I don't.

21 instruments in 7 suites, each with its anticipated price on the card. Each solves a problem nobody else will touch — because the answer requires measurement, not promises. Want the result without running the software? The Assay Desk runs one measurement for you, on your own artifact, as a one-off. The price-action vocabulary is a separate catalogue, still in build: the ICT detectors, each datasheet stating the build state it has reached and carrying no verdict yet.

How to read these figures

Every figure is anticipated
Pre-launch indications I have set and not yet ratified — not confirmed prices and not offers. Nothing on this site is purchasable — there is no checkout, no cart and no payment link on any page. The launch list is the only thing open.
Annual billing is twelve months for the price of ten
Monthly billing costs 20% more than the annual list. The identity is monthly ×12 = annual ×1.2, so the annual figure is exactly the monthly figure ×10. Paying annually saves two months in twelve — not a fifth, which is the uplift on the monthly side rather than the discount on the annual one. Every annual figure on this page is derived that way, not quoted separately.
Longer terms and multi-entity groups
One month less per year, per step: a 2-year term pays nine months per year of service, a 3-year term pays eight, with the price held for the term. Per-seat instruments carry seat bands on top of that, and the two bands multiply rather than add. The full ladder, the seat bands and a worked example are on the pricing page; the terms themselves are on the licensing page.
One instrument carries no figure
1 of 21 renders NOT YET PRICED. It is not built yet, so no figure has been directed for it. A complete list with one honest gap is worth more than a complete one, and the gap stays until there is something real to price.
P1Feed & Execution

Broker Feed Auditor

The fidelity battery as a service — publication cadence floor, two-sided coordination structure, per-side staleness distributions, spread regimes, freeze/rollover behaviour — on the user's own broker feed.

"What does your broker's feed actually do when you measure it instead of trusting it?"

P6Feed & Execution

Microstructure Dashboard

HAR-RV with OOS skill, jump/liquidation shares, cost proxies, tails, session structure — institutional-grade per-pair descriptive analytics retail cannot buy.

Bundled inside P1's subscription. Never standalone.

P9Feed & Execution

Execution Cost Auditor

Statement-import truth about what execution actually cost — slippage distributions, spread-regime context, session timing. Retail TCA effectively does not exist.

P2Backtest Honesty

Overfit Auditor

Upload-and-check honesty for backtests — PBO across CPCV paths, deflated Sharpe with honest trial counts, effective-N + collapse ratio, dual-denominator FDR.

Customers search for exactly this and find papers, not products.

Data Forensics

P2's data-side sibling — the battery pointed at the user's dataset: carry-forward merge artifacts, per-side staleness, gap structure, bar-provenance checks. "Your stats can be clean and your data still lying."

Reproducible Verdict Kernel

The event-study verdict engine — effect estimates with stationary-block-bootstrap CIs, HAC standard errors, Benjamini–Hochberg FDR masking. Zero-dependency Rust; verdicts are byte-reproducible.

Its keystone self-test plants a known effect and demands recovery — while killing 40 placebos.

Bootstrap CIsHACBH-FDRByte-reproducible

The desk-readiness census productized for funded-account candidates — drawdown-halt monitoring that never fabricates equity, sizing grids, risk-of-ruin surfaces, correlation-adjusted heat.

Their #1 failure mode is a rules breach — exactly what fail-closed machinery polices.

"What would 2015-01-15 do to your book today" — historical shock replay (SNB, COVID, carry-unwind, gilts) against current positions with gap-through vacuum-fill honesty and ruin flags.

Latency Arb Tracker

Pre-trade news gate built on per-pair range-lifts measured per release — published with the artifacts, NOT YET PUBLISHED — and a PIT forward calendar, versus the folklore calendars everyone uses free.

AnticipatedNOT YET PRICEDNo figure has been directed for this instrument, because it is not built yet. The list ships with the gap visible rather than filled.

Epistemic Harness

Registry-as-a-service — pre-registration, the FDR book, walk-forward enforcement, burned doors, kill ledger. Smallest market, deepest moat; the buyers who want it want it badly.

The rails, ack ceremonies, protected paths, claim grades, can-fail proofs, append-only registers — the machinery that caught a forged ratification in production, with receipts. Not a trading product at all.

Provenance-Grade Ingestion

Institutional-grade provenance discipline for raw market data. Fetch → raw PIT-as-published archive → parse → content-hashed manifests → fidelity battery on ingest → completeness ledgers → quarantine.

Vendors sell data. Nobody sells provenance discipline around data.

Fail-Visible Ops

Fault doctrine for trading infrastructure — an append-only fault registry where a code cannot claim Active status without a proven emission site, and a crash-honest journaling bus that accounts for its own losses.

P16The Terminal

HADES Terminal

A working quant cockpit — ~90 panels — where every displayed number carries provenance (git SHA + sha256 of its source artifact) or the panel honestly refuses to render. Born from the incident where fake telemetry was painted into a cockpit: the anti-cockpit.

Dashboard Lineage Audit

Trace every number on a trading UI through component → loader → artifact → publisher → computation, with FABRICATED as a first-class finding status. Executed twice on my own cockpit — it caught real fabrications: hardcoded statistics, random-number telemetry.

I ran it on myself first. It found things.

Gate Falsification Kit

Prove a CI gate can actually fail — plant violations it must catch via self-reverting drills, and grade the evidence with a receipt taxonomy: BEHAVIORAL / STRUCTURAL / DECLARED-GAP. I found one of my own parity gates green over nothing.

"A gate that has only ever passed proves nothing."

Standing policy — read beside every figure above

  • No promise of profit, ever. Hadal makes no performance claims and carries no implied edge. Past measurements describe instrument behaviour — never future returns.
  • You own risk management. Hadal cannot control it and does not insure it. Good tools do not fix bad discipline — and this site says so.
  • Analytical tools, for discretionary use. Nothing here is investment advice or a recommendation to trade. Every decision, and every outcome, is yours.

Kept home — commercially valuable, deliberately not for sale

The line: sell the instruments, never the alpha.

Conjunction engine — my own decision machinery
Prep-state definitions — registered edge hypotheses
Poke-follow surfaces — edge-adjacent measurement (selling it = selling entries)
Vol/return forecasts — a forecast makes performance claims by nature
