Prop-Evaluee Risk Guardian

Prop-firm evaluations are not lost to bad trading. They are lost to rules breaches — a daily-loss limit crossed by one oversized position, a trailing drawdown clipped in a correlated cluster the evaluee never saw as one trade. The Risk Guardian is instrumentation for exactly that failure mode.

What it measures

• Halt distance, live. Your real-time distance to every rule that can end the evaluation — daily loss, max drawdown, trailing thresholds — expressed in the only unit that matters: how much adverse movement, at current sizing, kills the account.
• Correlation-adjusted heat. Five positions in correlated pairs are not five risks; they are one large one wearing five tickets. The Guardian computes effective exposure across the book so the size you feel matches the size you hold.
• Risk-of-ruin surfaces. Given your sizing grid and the evaluation’s rules, the probability terrain of breaching before passing — recomputed as the account moves, published with its assumptions visible.
• Sizing grids. What position size the rules actually permit from here, precomputed — so the decision under pressure is a lookup, not an estimate.

What it does not do

It does not improve your entries. It has no opinion on your strategy. It polices the boundary between your strategy and the rules you agreed to — because the strategy cannot pay off from a breached account.

Who it is for

Evaluees who paid for a funded-account challenge and would prefer their risk of failing it to come from the market, not from arithmetic they didn’t run.
