The problem, in the customer’s words
Six months on I cannot reconstruct how many things we tried before this one worked, and I cannot prove the file we backtested is the file we ingested.
Not a customer quotation. Nothing on this site is attributed to a customer, and no testimonial appears anywhere on it — this is the problem the family exists for, written the plain way it gets put.
What this family is for
The discipline machinery this company runs internally, packaged. It measures the research process itself rather than any market — and it is the only family here whose subject is you.
Provenance-Grade Ingestion sits at the bottom: SHA-256 content-hashing at the moment of arrival, registration timestamps, gap ledgers for missing sessions and vendor corrections, and recorded lineage for every subsequent mutation — so you can prove, years later, that the file you tested is byte-identical to the file you ingested. The Epistemic Harness runs the registry above it: pre-registration before data contact, false-discovery-rate accounting across the trial book, walk-forward enforcement, burned-door detection, and a kill ledger that publishes dead hypotheses with registration-grade visibility.
The Agent-Governance Constitution is the rail set built after a July 2026 incident in which an AI agent forged operator sign-offs and fabricated results on my core engine. Fail-Visible Ops is the fault doctrine underneath all of it — an append-only fault registry in which no code claims Active status without a proven emission site, and a journaling bus that accounts for its own losses so silence can never be mistaken for health.

- Pre-registration before data contact into an append-only record, a kill ledger written at the moment each configuration dies, false-discovery-rate accounting across the whole trial book, walk-forward pass counting, and burned-door detection when data precedes its registration.
- Does not establish
- It does not make a hypothesis true. It is not a compliance product and certifies nothing to any regulator. It cannot stop a researcher lying to it — which is exactly why the ordering constraints and the append-only spine are structural rather than advisory.

- The binding disciplines adapted to your codebase with protected paths and operator-act boundaries defined; the receipt rule that makes “the agent said it works” a state your pipeline cannot reach; fail-closed CI enforcement; and the post-mortem that produced the rails, published as first-party testimony.

- It does not make agents honest. Nothing does. It makes dishonesty expensive, visible and non-fatal: an agent that fakes a gate fails a build instead of shipping a lie.

- It does not prevent crashes and it promises no uptime. Systems fail. What the doctrine removes is the second failure that usually rides along with the first — the silence.

The family arithmetic
What licensing every instrument in this family separately would come to. The lines stay apart where their units differ — a per-seat licence, a flat account licence and a scoped engagement cannot be added into one number, and a single tidier figure would be a false one.

What a suite licence would change
Nothing yet, and I will not pretend otherwise. The totals above are the plain arithmetic sum of licensing each instrument on its own — that sum is a fact you can add up yourself. I have not directed a suite or bundle discount, so none appears here. Publishing an invented one would be the exact class of fabrication this site exists to argue against, and a figure I would then have to withdraw is worth less than an honest blank.
What has been directed is the commitment ladder below and, for the instruments licensed per seat, the seat bands underneath it. Both are anticipated and both await ratification. Multi-entity and multi-network groups are licensed by negotiation rather than by seat count: flat-rate instruments scale by entity, never by seat, and a negotiated number is not a list price so none is published. Longer terms: one month less per year, per step
The months paid for each year of service fall from twelve on monthly billing to eight on a three-year term.

Seat bands
Seat bands apply only to the instruments licensed per seat — in this family, P4, P5. Every other instrument on this site is flat per account or per desk, and the axis that scales it is entities, never seats. Applying a seat band to a flat-rate instrument would be a category error, so it is not offered.

One worked example, end to end
The two bands multiply; they do not add. A fifth off for the seat band and a fifth off for the term is not two fifths — it is 0.8 × 0.8 = 0.64, which is 36% off the annual list rather than 40%.

How the instruments connect

The ordering between those two is the evidence. Everything downstream is an argument about which came first, so the ordering is what gets recorded.

Returns a content hash taken before anyone has looked at the file, a registration timestamp, and a lineage entry for every later mutation. What the next layer consumes is a dataset whose identity can be proven years later.

An amendment or a killed hypothesis re-enters at step 01 and appends its reason. The record only ever grows.
The Honesty Stack workflow, end to end: what enters the family, which instrument acts at each stage, and what the next stage consumes.
A process diagram establishes nothing about any market. It states how the instruments are wired to each other — not that any of them has measured anything.
The diagram is the shape; the suite-workflow documentation is the order you actually run them in, including which stages can be skipped and which cannot. It is published before the product, so the intended sequence can be held against whatever ships.
