Twenty-one instruments across seven suites is too many to learn at once, and you do not need to. Each suite answers one question and asks for one kind of input. Find your question here, then read that suite’s method before the first run. Everything below is intended behaviour: no instrument has shipped and no workflow has been exercised by a customer.
Feed & Execution
The question. What does the price feed I actually receive do, and what did trading against it cost?
You provide a tick capture from your own connection, and — for the cost side — your own fill records over a stated window. You get back publication cadence, two-sided coordination, per-side staleness, spread regimes with start and end points, and freeze and rollover behaviour, each panel carrying the sample it rests on. Where the capture is too thin for a dimension, that dimension prints the honest null rather than a soft estimate.
The decision it informs. Whether the execution environment you are in matches the one you believe you are in. It does not establish intent, and it never rates a broker. Method: Feed & Execution.
Backtest Honesty
The question. How much of this backtest is signal, and how much is the search that found it?
You provide the strategy, the parameter search that produced it — including the runs you discarded — and the historical data it was fitted on. You get back an assessment of selection risk, the provenance defects found in the data, and a re-derivable verdict record. The discarded runs are the input people are most tempted to withhold, and withholding them is what makes the output meaningless.
The decision it informs. Whether a result deserves capital. Method: Backtest Honesty.
Desk Discipline
The question. How close am I to breaching the rules I am trading under, and how does my own risk envelope behave?
You provide account state and the rule set you are evaluated against. You get back distance to breach, the behaviour of your drawdown under the rules as written, and stress behaviour under specified shocks. It is descriptive throughout: no instrument here sizes a position, recommends a trade, or predicts an outcome. Method: Desk Discipline.
Premium Add-on
The question. What is the context around the instrument I am about to trade?
You provide the market and window of interest. You get back positioning, regime and structural context published as measurements with their sources named, never as a signal. Method: Premium Add-on.
The Honesty Stack
The question. Can I trust the pipeline, the agent, or the process that produced this claim?
You provide the process itself — a data ingestion path, an automated agent, a claim and the reasoning behind it. You get back an account of where that process can fabricate, where it fails silently, and where it fails visibly. This suite is hub-only and it is the one whose subject is you rather than the market. The Terminal
The question. What does all of the above look like in one operator surface?
The Terminal is the integrated environment rather than a single battery. Read its page directly; the workflow depends on which instruments you hold.
Integrity Services
The question. Will someone independent try to break my claim before a client does?
You provide a system, a dashboard or a stated gate, plus the claims made about it. You get back a report against a published method: what reproduced, what did not, and what the evidence cannot settle either way. These are engagements, not downloads. Method: Integrity Services.
Choosing between them
If you are unsure, start from the question you would ask a competent stranger. “Is my feed honest” is Feed & Execution. “Is this backtest real” is Backtest Honesty. “Will I breach” is Desk Discipline. “Can I trust my own process” is the Honesty Stack. The instruments index lists all twenty-one with the one measurement each is responsible for.
What no suite does
None of the seven produces a recommendation, a signal, a rating or a score. A suite hands back a description of something you can already point at — a feed, a search, an account, a process — with the sample attached and the limits written beside it. Turning that description into a decision is a step you take yourself, and it is the step no instrument here will take for you.
Frequently asked
Answered at the honest state of the project. Where an answer would need a figure or a date that has not been fixed, it says so rather than supplying a plausible one.
What do I actually upload?
The upload depends on the question, not on the instrument. Feed and Execution wants a tick capture taken from your own connection, and your own fill records for the cost side. Backtest Honesty wants the strategy, the full parameter search that produced it including the runs you discarded, and the historical data it was fitted on. Desk Discipline wants account state and the rule set you are evaluated against. The Honesty Stack wants the process itself: a data path, an agent, or a claim and the reasoning behind it. Integrity Services take a system and the claims made about it. In every case it is a file or a described scope, never an account credential.
Do I need data from my broker to start?
Not for every suite. Feed and Execution is the one that genuinely needs a capture taken from your own connection, because measuring the stream as it arrives at you is the whole point. Backtest Honesty needs your strategy and its search history rather than live market data. The Honesty Stack needs no market data at all, because its subject is your process rather than the market. Desk Discipline needs your account parameters and the rules you trade under.
