The problem, in the customer’s words
Our pipeline has been green for months and I have no idea whether a single one of those checks has ever actually caught anything at all.
Not a customer quotation. Nothing on this site is attributed to a customer, and no testimonial appears anywhere on it — this is the problem the family exists for, written the plain way it gets put.
What this family is for
The family that measures other people’s trust surfaces. Both engagements ran on me before either was offered to anyone, which is the only reason either is for sale.
The Dashboard Lineage Audit traces every number on a trading UI through its full chain of custody — component, loader, artifact, publisher, computation — and reports what it finds in a vocabulary that includes FABRICATED as a first-class status rather than a euphemism. Nothing is sampled, because fabrications do not distribute themselves conveniently across a sample. I have executed it twice on my own cockpit, and both passes caught real fabrications: hardcoded statistics presented as computed values, and telemetry generated from random numbers.
The Gate Falsification Kit proves that a CI gate can actually fail. Violations of the class a gate exists to catch are planted in self-reverting drills, and the resulting evidence is graded with a receipt taxonomy — BEHAVIORAL, STRUCTURAL, DECLARED-GAP — that never rounds an unverifiable gate up to a pass. A drill on my own pipeline found a parity gate that had been green over nothing.
A dashboard nobody has traced and a gate that has only ever passed are the same object: an unexamined claim. Aggregate findings across client engagements: NOT YET PUBLISHED.

Where does that number on your screen actually come from?

- What it does
- A full inventory of the display surface with nothing sampled; a five-hop trace per number through component, loader, artifact, publisher and computation; and findings in a vocabulary where FABRICATED is a first-class status, delivered as a per-number lineage ledger.
- Does not establish
- It does not certify a dashboard whose chains it could not close — a number whose lineage terminates in a broken hop is reported as unverifiable. It issues no clean bill of health as a summary judgement: the dashboard is as honest as its worst-traced number.
A gate that has only ever passed proves nothing.

- Self-reverting falsification drills that plant the class of violation each gate exists to catch; a receipt taxonomy of BEHAVIORAL, STRUCTURAL and DECLARED-GAP; a per-gate receipt ledger; and the drill harness itself, so falsification becomes a discipline you re-run.
- Does not establish
- It does not certify a gate it could not drill — gates that resist falsification are classified DECLARED-GAP even where the client is confident they work. It does not confuse coverage with proof: a BEHAVIORAL receipt attests the gate caught the violation planted, not every violation conceivable.

The family arithmetic
What licensing every instrument in this family separately would come to.

- From £27,000P20 + P21. An engagement is scoped, not subscribed — there is no monthly or annual cycle to convert.
What a suite licence would change
Nothing yet, and I will not pretend otherwise. The totals above are the plain arithmetic sum of licensing each instrument on its own — that sum is a fact you can add up yourself. I have not directed a suite or bundle discount, so none appears here. Publishing an invented one would be the exact class of fabrication this site exists to argue against, and a figure I would then have to withdraw is worth less than an honest blank.
What has been directed is the commitment ladder below and, for the instruments licensed per seat, the seat bands underneath it. Both are anticipated and both await ratification. Multi-entity and multi-network groups are licensed by negotiation rather than by seat count: flat-rate instruments scale by entity, never by seat, and a negotiated number is not a list price so none is published. Longer terms: one month less per year, per step
The months paid for each year of service fall from twelve on monthly billing to eight on a three-year term.

What the engagement leaves behind
Two ledgers a risk function can pick up and re-walk, plus the drill harness itself. Individual client results stay private to the client; nothing from an engagement is published here.
The drills re-enter at step 01 each cycle. A gate proven able to fail last quarter can be quietly broken by this quarter’s refactor.
The Integrity Services workflow, end to end: what enters the family, which instrument acts at each stage, and what the next stage consumes.
A process diagram establishes nothing about any market. It states how the instruments are wired to each other — not that any of them has measured anything.
The diagram is the shape; the suite-workflow documentation is the order you actually run them in, including which stages can be skipped and which cannot. It is published before the product, so the intended sequence can be held against whatever ships.
