Terms of Service
Hadal Instruments is currently in pre-launch. Full terms of service will be published before any commercial instruments become available. The principles below govern our intent.
1. Purpose
Hadal instruments are analytical tools for discretionary use. They make no performance claims, provide no investment advice, and carry no implied edge. Past measurements describe instrument behaviour — never future returns.
2. No Promise of Profit
This is standing policy, adopted before any product ships. The user owns risk management — we cannot control it and do not insure it. Good tools do not fix bad discipline, and we say so.
3. Methodology Transparency
All methodologies are pre-registered and published. All measurements are recomputable from content-hashed artifacts. We do not hide how our instruments work.
4. Data Handling
Marketplace instruments run on the user's own platform. Hub subscriptions process data server-side under strict data handling policies. We do not sell, share, or monetise user trading data.
5. Contact
A published contact address is NOT YET PUBLISHED. It arrives with the full legal documentation, before anything is for sale — we would rather show you that than a placeholder inbox that nobody reads. Until then, the launch list is where updates are announced.
