Hadal Instruments is currently in pre-launch. A comprehensive privacy policy compliant with UK GDPR will be published before any commercial instruments become available. The principles below govern our intent.
1. Data We Collect
During pre-launch, we collect only the email address you voluntarily provide via the waitlist form. We do not use tracking cookies, fingerprinting, or third-party analytics on this site.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your email address is used solely to notify you when Hadal instruments become available. We will never sell, rent, or share your email with third parties.
3. Trading Data
When instruments launch: marketplace instruments run entirely on your own platform — your trading data never leaves your machine. Hub subscriptions that process data server-side will operate under strict data handling agreements detailed in the full privacy policy.
4. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your data at any time. You may unsubscribe from the waitlist via the link in any email we send. Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data.
5. Contact
A published contact address for data-protection requests is NOT YET PUBLISHED, and no Data Protection Officer has been designated yet. Both arrive with the full policy, before commercial launch. We list neither as a placeholder in the meantime.
