Measurements, not ratings. Every broker gets the identical battery. I won't publish a composite 1–10, and it isn't a policy I inherited — a single editorial number is precisely the surface that gets bought, and I've watched what the incumbents did with theirs. Multi-dimensional measured profiles are both the honest form and the one that is hard to corrupt, because there is no single cell to lean on. **Methodology pre-registers before broker #1 is measured.** Raw artifacts will publish content-hashed and recomputable. A review a reader can *re-derive* is the moat — I have not found another broker-review surface that offers one, though I have run no census and no portrait of mine has published yet either. Because a single number is the one thing in a review that can be quietly sold, and because it would be meaningless even if nobody ever sold it: a trader who needs tight Asian spreads wants something different from one paying swap on multi-week holds, and one figure cannot serve both without lying to at least one of them. The methodology publishes before the first measurement; every artifact ships content-hashed. - 1 **Publication cadence**How fast does the feed tick? Measured as the floor and distribution, not the mean. - 2 **Bid-ask coordination**Do bid and ask update together or independently? Sentence structure matters. - 3 **Staleness distribution**Per-side age of quotes before update. Asymmetric staleness signals structural issues. - 4 **[Spread regimes](https://hadalinstruments.com/glossary/spread-regime/)**How many distinct spread states exist, and what triggers transitions? Most users assume one. - 5 **Freeze / rollover behaviour**What happens to the feed during contract rollover and during overnight freezes? - 6 **Non-crossing enforcement**Can bid ever cross ask? If yes, that's an infrastructure disclosure, not a feature. ### The Gag-Free Partner Filter **Hadal holds no introducing-broker relationships today, and the rule for any future one is fixed in advance: only where the right to publish measurements is contractually unrestricted.** Clean-feed brokers have no rational reason to gag an instrumented reviewer; the partner pool self-sorts in Hadal's favour before a tick is captured. If a partner introduces publication restrictions later, the partnership ends and the profile stays. Broker roster ## Broker portraits **Listed alphabetically, never ranked.** No broker's position on this page carries any judgement, and none can: every portrait below is unmeasured, so there is nothing yet to rank. When a portrait publishes it publishes as a multi-dimensional profile with its hashed artifact — never as a position in a list. **Every entry links to its portrait.** Those pages are open now and they are empty on purpose: each one carries the full anatomy a published measurement will occupy — the identity fields, the observation window, the dataset digest, all six dimension panels with their charts and their limits, and the artifact manifest — with every slot reading NOT YET PUBLISHED.
