# Contact and disclosure

Every route on this page is live, at its own address on this domain. That was not always true — this page spent its first days publishing honest absences, and the change is stated rather than smoothed over. What follows is each route, what it is for, and the two things still worth knowing: replies come from my own mailbox until the sending identity lands, and company-identity facts further down remain honestly absent until registration details publish.

## The one channel open today

The launch list is the only thing on this site you can actually send anything to. It is first-party: the address goes into Hadal's own infrastructure, and no third-party mailing provider is involved.

**It is a notification list, not a message channel.** It takes an email address, and optionally a name and one line on what you would want measured. That last field shapes what gets researched — it is not a route to a reply, and a question left there will not be answered. Use the addresses above for anything needing a person. Use the list to be told when this becomes real.

here would have added one landmark per
placement, which on the homepage means a landmark list that is mostly
disclaimer. -->

Standing policy

- **No promise of profit, ever.** Hadal makes no performance claims and carries no implied edge. Past measurements describe instrument behaviour — never future returns.
- **You own risk management.** Hadal cannot control it and does not insure it. Good tools do not fix bad discipline — and this site says so.
- **Analytical tools, for discretionary use.** Nothing here is investment advice or a recommendation to trade. Every decision, and every outcome, is yours.

The same statement stands in the footer of every page.[Terms](https://hadalinstruments.com/terms/) [Privacy](https://hadalinstruments.com/privacy/)

The launch list remains the channel for hearing about launch — an address is for reaching a person, a list is for being told when something changes, and neither substitutes for the other.

## The routes, and what each is for

Each route below reads its address from one place, so none of them can be opened and then left printing an absence in some template nobody remembered. Publishing one is my decision, not an editorial act.

General enquiry

[contact@hadalinstruments.com](mailto:contact@hadalinstruments.com)

Anything that is not one of the four below.

Support

[support@hadalinstruments.com](mailto:support@hadalinstruments.com)

The ticket ingress. A ticket is an email; the support page states the model.

Data protection

[privacy@hadalinstruments.com](mailto:privacy@hadalinstruments.com)

Access, rectification and erasure of personal data, and any question about how it is handled.

Security disclosure

[security@hadalinstruments.com](mailto:security@hadalinstruments.com)

Vulnerability reports. The address /.well-known/security.txt publishes in the machine-readable form RFC 9116 defines.

Press and research

[press@hadalinstruments.com](mailto:press@hadalinstruments.com)

Journalists, researchers, and anyone checking a published claim.

Accessibility

[accessibility@hadalinstruments.com](mailto:accessibility@hadalinstruments.com)

Barriers on this site — the reporting channel the accessibility statement names.

The addresses arrived before anything on this site went on sale — the ordering this page committed to while every route still read as an absence. A company that can take your money before it can be written to has the sequence backwards, and this one now provably cannot.

## Data protection, access and erasure

The [privacy policy](https://hadalinstruments.com/privacy/) grants you the rights UK GDPR gives you over the personal data this site holds: access (Article 15 ), rectification (Article 16 ) and erasure (Article 17 ). The channel for exercising them is the data-protection route above, on this domain, and it is monitored: a granted right with no channel is a gap, and this site ran with that gap stated openly until the route existed rather than printing an address nobody was reading.

**What this site holds about you**

- One email address, and only if you put it into the launch list yourself — stored with the moment it arrived and which page it came from, and nothing else. No IP address, no user agent, no identifier that follows you. It sits on Hadal's own infrastructure rather than a mailing platform.
- No tracking cookies and no fingerprinting run on this site. Analytics does: Google Analytics, cookielessly — it stores nothing on your device and attaches no identifier to you, so there is still no behavioural profile to disclose and no advertising identifier. The [cookie policy](https://hadalinstruments.com/cookies/) enumerates every piece of browser storage in full, including the one cookie the network layer may set that Hadal neither reads nor controls — an enumeration is only worth reading if it includes the inconvenient entry.
- No account exists, because there is no hub, no checkout and no login. There is nothing to close.

**This route is live at a domain mailbox.** It replaced an interim personal inbox on 2 August 2026 , and the right it serves did not change when the address did — the record of that change is kept because a channel that quietly moves is a channel a reader cannot rely on. Requests are answered from the mailing-list record itself, which is the single place this site collects personal data at all.

Independently of Hadal, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's supervisory authority for data protection. That route does not depend on Hadal publishing anything:[ico.org.uk](https://ico.org.uk/).

## Security disclosure

Vulnerability reports go to the security route above, and [`/.well-known/security.txt`](https://hadalinstruments.com/.well-known/security.txt) publishes the same address in the machine-readable form RFC 9116 defines, with an expiry inside a year. The file and the address shipped in the same act, deliberately: this page spent its first days explaining that a security.txt with an invented contact routes a real report into a void while looking like a policy, and the file therefore did not exist until the route did.

**Standing statements, address or no address**

- There is no bug-bounty programme, no reward and no published testing scope. Anyone offering you one in Hadal's name is not speaking for Hadal.
- Nobody from Hadal will ever ask you for broker credentials, account logins, or any access that would let someone act on your behalf. No legitimate scenario needs them, whatever the message asking looks like.
- The exposed surface here is small enough to state plainly: the pages are prerendered, and the launch-list form is the only place this site accepts input from a visitor at all.

A useful report carries the URL, what you sent, what came back, and the steps that reproduce it.

## Press and research

Press and research enquiries go to the press route above. There is no press pack, no fact sheet, no embargo list and no spokesperson — what exists is the material a story would actually need, already public: the [methodology](https://hadalinstruments.com/methodology/), the [research index](https://hadalinstruments.com/research/), and [the account of why this was built](https://hadalinstruments.com/about/).

There are no client references to offer, because there are no clients. Nothing has been sold, and nothing is for sale yet.

## How Hadal answers

Replies to an enquiry come from my own mailbox until the sending identity lands.

- **Asynchronous, in writing.** There is no telephone line and no live chat — a question about a measurement deserves an answer with the sample examined, and that is not something anyone should improvise in real time. The [support model](https://hadalinstruments.com/support/) states this in full, and the [support FAQ](https://hadalinstruments.com/docs/support/) answers the questions asked most.
- **Targets are published; performance is not, yet.** Each support tier carries a first-response target — three business days at Standard, one at Priority, the same business day at Named — and those are targets rather than a service-level agreement, which is a distinction this site refuses to blur. What has not been published is any figure for what actually happens, because nothing has been measured: there are no customers and therefore no tickets. Measured first responses publish on the [status page](https://hadalinstruments.com/status/) as a distribution with the count behind it, which is a number a reader can check rather than one they have to accept.
- **No contact form on this page, deliberately.** A form posting to an address that does not exist takes the message, shows a confirmation and drops it — a worse failure than the absence it covers, because the visitor believes they have been heard.

## Who this is

A UK business has to say who it is: the registered name, the number it is registered under, its registered office, and its VAT registration where one applies. The first three are published below and repeated in the footer of every page on this site. The remaining rows print their own absence, because those registrations do not exist yet rather than because they are withheld.

- **Trading name** — Hadal Instruments

- **Registered name** — HADAL INSTRUMENTS LTD

- **Company number** — 17382774

- **Place of registration** — England and Wales

- **Registered office** — Suite 53C, Unimix House, Abbey Road, London, NW10 7TR, United Kingdom

- **VAT number** — NOT YET PUBLISHED

- **Data Protection Officer** — NOT YET PUBLISHED

- **ICO registration** — NOT YET PUBLISHED

The published rows are checkable: the company number resolves at Companies House, which is the point of printing it rather than asserting it. The empty rows are registrations that do not exist yet, and printing them empty is the difference between not having one and not saying.

## When this page changes

Every address here is read at build time from a single configuration value. Setting one publishes it in every place that reads from it, in one act, and that act is mine. No paragraph on this page is rewritten by hand when an address arrives — the absence simply stops rendering, the route becomes a link, and the security file it gates can be published on the same day.

Until then this page prints an absence instead of a plausible address. It is the less impressive of the two options, and the only honest one.
